We are a custom made-by-hand hat shop nestled inside a vintage western boutique for Men & Women.
Our western boutique specializes in vintage cowboy boots, up-cycled boots, new leather belts & vintage belt buckles, new leather hats, silk scarves, new socks, handmade feather earrings, and a hat bar open to the public.

Nestled in downtown Arlington, this 100-year-old timber building showcases a western inspired retail store in the front and a busy manufacturing workshop in the back.
Sisters, Jac & Jen make bespoke hats, feather earrings, feather boot bands, Boho Boots & up-cycled fur vests.
These sisters have been professionally working together since 2012. They each produce high quality work with careful attention to detail. Jac makes each custom hat from scratch, while Jen hand dyes and designs each set of feather earrings.
HAND-MADE CUSOTM Hats, made one-at-a-time
We create bespoke custom hats, made to measure with endless customization options. Choose from a range of hat shapes, straw or fur-felt hat bodies, many colors, felt weights, trimmings and distressing. The process is a whole lot of fun. You get to be the hat designer or you let us be the hat designer.
upcyclE YOUR boots with us
We cut tall boots down into ankle boots. We make leather fringe from the boot top we cut off. We add feathers. Bring your boots in and have Jen transform them into something new.

Our feather earrings are small batch dyed, designed and made in house by Jen.
We have short, medium & long feather lengths.
