• Can I return my boots if they don’t fit?

  • When purchasing in-store, all returns are issued in-store credit. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

  • When purchasing online all sales are final.

• Do you hand-make the boots?

  • We take tall boots that are in excellent condition and give them a new look by cutting them short into an ankle boot.

  • We can upcycle your boots for $228.00

• How long does it take to get my order?

  • We ship via USPS and it usually takes 7-10 days from the time you place an order. Please let us know if you need something sooner.

  • All custom work takes 4-8 weeks depending on the time of year.

• Are you a cobbler? Do you replace heels & soles? NO

• Do you clean & restore hats?

  • Yes! All services start at $30
