Millinery/hat-making is a rather old-world craft to this day. Hat blocks, steamers, sewing machines, two hands, time and imagination are the fundamental tools.

Here you will find some of the finest custom hats available. We make every hat the old-fashioned way, by hand, with quality materials and your style in mind.

We take every step, and then a few extra, to assure you get the best fit and finish.

What to EXPECT from the CUSTOM HAT process:

• we help you choose your hat felt,

• we help you choose a hat felt color,

• talk through your hat shape one-on-one with Jac our in-house hat maker,

• we measure your head circumference and take a shape reading of your head,

• we pick out hat trims using our interactive hat bar.

• 50% deposit is collected at this appointment,

• we give you an estimated pick-up date, we are currently 8 weeks out from deposit to delivery.

We make bespoke hats using a variety of fur felts and straws.

• using 100% RABBIT fur,

• 100% BEAVER fur,

• 50% rabbit/50% beaver BLENDS and

• 100% nutria/COYPU.

All fur felts perform differently. We talk through the benefits of each felt with you in person.
