My creative process has always required silence, long stretches of uninterrupted time, the ability to dig in and do the work.

I saw before me a woman who defied social norms of her time, experienced public wins & losses, professional highs & lows, lived through title 9 and witnessed its effect on young female athletes. I saw a pioneer for women’s sports, I saw a woman I looked up to.

To be honest, Jen does it all. She cuts down Boho Boots, and makes hatbands, feather earrings, feather Boot Bands, leather cuffs, and up-cycled bag straps. She rarely makes mistakes and happily works in silence.
