We started with a real lizard skin Justin Boot. We cut off the top of the boot and discarded it. We finished the top of the boot with a soft black leather binding. The boot band is made from a vintage leather belt, rooster feathers, guinea hen feathers, and deerskin fringe. The boot band snaps on and off allowing the wearer to have several different boot bands to change the look of this boot in an instant.
