Have you ever heard of the Singer, Chris Eger?

For those of you who have not heard of Chris Eger let me introduce you. http://chrisegerband.com/

An Arlington local, Chris is a multi instrumentalist with a beautiful voice and song writing skills. We call that a triple threat around here.

We met Chris in 2016 in Bellingham at the Mt Baker Blues Festival. Chris was performing and Jill & I were on our summer tour with the trailer.

I can still remember Chris sneaking into our trailer when his girlfriend wasn’t looking to buy her moccasins she had been wanting all weekend.

Since that first meeting we have done business with Chris and Lisa time and time again.

Both Lisa and Chris were some of the first supporters of our handmade Boho Boots. Both buying a pair in 2019.

Recently Chris had me make him a hat. We worked from a picture he had saved for inspiration.

The fur felt we chose was 100x rabbit fur in a granite color and suede finish. We hand shaped the crown, ironed the brim flat and curled the brim edge. The hatband is all turquoise and sterling silver with each concho handmade in the 1970s. The look was finished with a macaw wing feather.

Chris- I love the way your hat shaped up.

For anyone wanting to listen and watch this guys raw talent he does a series on YouTube he calls, “Chris Eger’s one take weekly @ plum tree recording studio”, I put a link in this post.
