What’s your brand? What do people come to expect from your small business?

This is a question I came across yesterday while reading Seth Godin’s latest book, THE PRACTICE.

It struck me, I know what we want to convey: quality products, clever ideas, comfortable shopping experience, creativity. But at the core of our brand is building trust with our community and this is built through one interaction at a time.

Trust in our creative process, trust that we will deliver on our promises, trust in creating a space you feel comfortable in, trust in our ethics, trust we will show up tomorrow better.

FFV+H is playing the infinite game. We are building something that lasts. We are growing with our audience. We are adding team members who want to be involved in something bigger than a paycheck. Slow fashion is a movement towards sustainability, ethics, and community. We believe slow fashion is an idea worth spreading and trust is a bridge worth building.
