Learning to Reinvent Yourself as a Small Business Owner

Life as an entrepreneur is filled with extreme risks, uncertainty, and redefining what is important. As a seeker and creator, I continue to pivot and grow, learning to embrace this constant change.

Once again we are pivoting at FFV+H. This “global crisis” has us evaluating how we do business virtually by bringing the co-designing process to our website, blogging our story, building our Love Note subscribers and launching our new vlog. "The Good News". Our hands-on aspect sets us apart from other retail shops as we strive to deliver an experience and build a community.

Over the last three weeks, as we have been locked away in our warehouse focused on "the process", both internal and external. We are collaborating with @producernikki crafting a co-creative design process allowing you to customize hats, boho boots, and feather earrings. As well as bringing our seasonal collections to the website.

Stay home, cuddle your pets, be kind to those you are in close proximity with, and imagine your best future. Feel it, describe in out loud, decorate the space in your mind. Imagination is the first step to building the sweet dreams you have for yourself. That's how we started years ago. Jill and I (separately, before we knew each other) stopped accepting what was and started creating what we wanted. Then we did the work, eventually finding each other, like a fairy-tale.
